This page is for service providers of Coalition partners in the Landlord Risk Mitigation Fund.
The Landlord Risk Mitigation Fund (LRMF) is held in trust by the FM Coalition to End Homeless in service to all partners of the Coalition to assist those partners in their work and reduce barriers to housing in our community.
Coaltion partners in good standing with the Coalition are able to apply on behalf of a potential participant. When approved and leased, a partnership is created between the landlord, service provider, the participant and the Coalition. The goal is to create access to housing though a ‘housing first’ approach that emphasizes rapid placement and support in housing. The Fund should help persons who have housing barriers to meet screening criteria and maintain compliance with fair housing laws.

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT: Filled out and signed by appropriate executive or supervisory leadership at Coalition member organizations who participate in the Landlord Risk Mitigation Fund.

APPLICATION: Filled out by the service provider on behalf of the prospective participant.

LANDLORD AGREEMENT: Filled out by service provider, participant, and service provider and submitted to Coalition office along with copy of lease, moving documents, and unit photos. Without this form and required documents on file, the participant is NOT on the program and the landlord is not indemnified by the program.

CLAIM PACKET: Provided to landlord by service provider upon inquiry of the landlord.

CLAIM ADDENDUM: Additional form filed by service provider for participants in Clay and Wilkin Counties who are not currently CAPLP Clients. Used only if a claim has been submitted.
