Since 2016, the FM Coaltion has officially and annually recognized our partners and community champions with awards. Nominations are made by members and partners of the Coalition and selected by the Board of Directors to be presented on behalf of the general Coalition.

Given to an individual who has contributed significantly to the Coalition’s mission of working in partnership to achieve permanent solutions to prevent and end homelessness.
