Coalition Committees and Meeting Information

Advocacy Committee

The purpose of the FM Coalition’s Advocacy Committee is to assess public policy needs and offer coordination in uniting partners to speak with one voice in support of ending homeless in the FM metro area. 

The committee meets TBA of each month at the Coalition offices at TBA.

Education Committee

The purpose of the Education Committee is to develop and evaluate quality curriculum and training events for Coaltion partners (and the wider community) in support of ending homeless in the FM metro area. 

The committee meets the second Friday of each month at the Coalition offices at 9:00am.

Data Committee

The purpose of the FM Coalition’s Data Committee is to oversee local & cross border data collection, research, analysis, and interpretation in support of ending homeless in the FM metro area. 

The committee meets the first Thursday of each month at the Coalition offices at 3:00pm.

The Coalition forms task forces, committees, and work groups as needed.

FM CARES Meetings and Information

Coordinated Access | Referral | Entry | STABILIZATION | System

Fm Cares Committee

The FM CARES Committee is the official local planning and leadership group for the homeless response system in ND Region 5 and Clay/Wilkin Counties and is made up of the chairs of the Access, Assessment, and Stabilization (sub)Committees. The committee meets the first Thursday of each month at the Coalition offices at 1:15pm.

Access Committee

This committee provides collaborative leadership for access to FM homeless services.

Assessment Committee / Housing Meetings

This committee provides collaborative leadership for housing assessments and assignment services.

Due to this committee’s work with client information, notes and agendas are only available via the chairs for meeting participants.

Stabilization Committee

This committee provides collaborative leadership for housing stabilization services in FM.
